Average weather
No matter when or even were in Milan you can almost always expect the air to be nice and moist. But what else can you expect when maritime air masses are blowing in from the Indian ocean weekly? These air masses lead to some unpredictable weather with winters normally being cold (average temp of -4/+6°C in the dead of winter)with heavy precipitation(about 40 in.) And very humid, moist summers. (similar to Kansas)with average temperatures being +15/+28°C. Though This precipitation has gone down in the past 20 or 30 years with the last major weather event being the winter snow storm of 1985.
